Topics covered include setup and signals, receiving, blocking pitches, and proper throwing mechanics. Kingston tells how you can prevent signs from being stolen, proper stance to receive pitches, the keys to successfully blocking bad pitches, how to develop soft hands, and the proper position and footwork for accurate throwing. Drills demonstrated show how to improve soft hands, to receive balls properly, and to throw accurately.
